NEW! Exam Prep Courses for Advanced Grades
Full-day Exam Prep Courses will help operators and supervisors alike prepare for IDNR Grade 3 and 4 Certification Exams.

Exam prep curriculum is developed and presented by DMACC with support from IDNR. These courses will be the inaugural Advanced Exam Prep (Grade 3-4) sessions, but Basic Exam Prep (Grade 1-2) participants from the Spring Short Course have already achieved a 90% pass rate on their IDNR exams!

Advanced Water Treatment Exam Prep will be held on Wednesday, and Advanced Distribution Exam Prep will be held on Thursday. Register soon – seating is limited to 15 participants each day.

NEW! Women in Water Luncheon
Don’t leave hungry! Immediately after the Conference adjourns at noon on Friday, join colleagues for a final opportunity to build connection, camaraderie, and mentorship over lunch as we celebrate the women who are making waves in the water industry.

NEW! People’s Choice Awards
Attendees will select winners for the new “People’s Choice” awards for the Tap Water Taste Test and Fresh Ideas Poster Competition. Watch for your opportunities to vote on Thursday of the Conference.

Reception Locations & Exhibit Hall Hours
The 2024 Conference will kick-off in attendees’ favorite spot: the Exhibit Hall! Join us from 5-7 PM Wednesday evening for drinks, appetizers, and friendly faces.

The Exhibit Hall will also be open during sessions on Thursday before closing at 4:15 PM. The Section Celebration will then be held in a separate room this year with drinks, food, games, competitions, and silent auction from 5-7:15 PM.

With new Exam Prep Courses debuting at the 2024 Annual Conference, there are more ways than ever to customize your learning experience!

Standard Full-Conference Registration
Most attendees looking for the traditional Conference experience will want to select this registration option. Standard Full-Conference Attendees have the opportunity to earn up to 10 contact hours/1.0 CEUs with the included:

• Wednesday evening Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall
• Thursday Conference educational sessions (Opening General Session as well as Water Treatment, Distribution, Operators, and Management Breakouts)
• Thursday Exhibit Hall activities
• Thursday competitions
• Thursday breakfast, lunch, and evening Section Celebration
• Friday Conference educational sessions (General Sessions)
• Friday breakfast

Standard Full-Conference Registration does not include Exam Prep courses.

Exam Prep, One-Day, & Other Registration Options
Attendees looking to participate in an Exam Prep Session and/or attend only one day of Conference Sessions may customize their day-by-day participation. Each day includes breakfast; Wednesday and Thursday also include lunch and an evening reception.

Wednesday Education Options (8 AM - 5 PM)

• EXAM PREP | Advanced Water Treatment: This full-day class will help operators and supervisors alike prepare for the IDNR Grade 3 or 4 Water Treatment Certification Exam. Earn up to 6 contact hours/0.6 CEUs.

Thursday Education Options (8 AM - 5 PM)

• CONFERENCE | Thursday Conference Sessions: Browse the Exhibit Hall, participate in friendly competitions, and choose from educational sessions across Water Treatment, Distribution, Operators, and Management tracks to earn up to 6 contact hours/0.6 CEUs.
• EXAM PREP | Advanced Distribution: This full-day class will help operators and supervisors alike prepare for the IDNR Grade 3 or 4 Distribution Certification Exam. Earn up to 6 contact hours/0.6 CEU.

Friday Education Options  (8 AM - 12 PM)

• CONFERENCE | Friday Conference Sessions: Participate in a morning of general educational sessions to earn up to 4 contact hours/0.4 CEUs.
