Performs technical guidance in the operation of the Water Treatment Plant, elevated storage tanks, and the water distribution system. Includes, but not limited to construction and maintenance of wells, pumps, and the distribution system. Develops and enforces policies which have been approved by the City Council. Performs any duties necessary to provide continuous and efficient operation of the City water system.
