SIGN-ON BONUS:
$5,000 for a Class III wastewater certification
$3,000 for a Class II wastewater certification
This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations associated with the water/wastewater treatment facilities as well as the distribution and collections systems. Salary dependent on certification and experience. Half of the sign-on bonus is paid after completing 6 months of service with the remainder paid at 1 year. Required to possess water and wastewater certification at time of hire or the ability to obtain required certifications within 1 year. Must possess valid driver’s license with clean record to operate company vehicle, if resides within 10-minute response time will take company vehicle to/from home/work. Outside 10 minutes must reside within a 30-minute response time.
